CAMA wishes to acknowledge the following individuals who have contributed their time, skills and services to the development of High Plains Raceway. The following people have made significant contributions to this wonderful new track.

Second Creek Committee: The Second Creek committee managed SCR from 1998 through its closure in 2005. During that time, they repaved, improved and efficiently managed the facility for the benefit of the motorsports community. By the time SCR was closed, the Second Creek Committee had rebated all net proceeds to the five participating clubs, who were able to invest the funds as seed money for the CAMA/HPR effort. Their success at SCR is the model for future success at HPR.
