Subject: Business Plan Clarification

The condensed business plan recently posted to the website on November 7, 2006 was written earlier in the summer and presented to the boards in late July. The plan was not updated for any subsequent information obtained for its November posting.

The information on other tracks, regarding the Genoa Motorsports Facility, was based upon information obtained primarily from the Limon newspaper article. Since then we have met with the principles and learned that their primary motivation is the road race course and that the other uses mentioned are potential business opportunities.

Please refer to information presented directly by the Genoa Motorsports Facility and the other facilities mentioned for more current updates on the plans of these organizations.

Attached please find a letter presented to Arapahoe County Planning from the Byers Development Council. Please share this with your boards as it demonstrates the positive support CAMA is realizing from the Byers community. The land broker is sharing this letter with the property neighbors and will gather documentation of their support as well.

In my conversations with Gary May, who is the President of the Council, I have learned that the council feels we are a natural fit to their plans to make Byers the 'fun exit'. They are encouraging residential growth at Strassburg while they are enhancing the many activities available at their exit. Currently, their are two premier hunting clubs and two gun clubs at the Byers exit, one of which is across from our property. May Farms has been developed into an agricultural education center and event facility attracting many visits from children and school field trips. The events center will be ideal for CAMA to hold meetings and fund-raising activities. The Casey's General Store has acquired the surrounding ten acres and is planning a new 30,000sf store with a strip mall containing other stores and services. There is even rumor of fast food and a new hotel.

After three years of hearing 'not in my backyard' it is nice to feel welcome!

I think we have found more than a great piece of land for a race track, it appears we have found a new home!
