Terms

  • Overnight use/occupancy must be prearranged and the overnight gate attendant fee paid for either by the host club or any individual RV/Carport spot renter.  MOST of the time the weekend host club pays the fee for the gate attendant on Friday and Saturday nights.  Please consult the registration page for your event to confirm that overnight use is available on the night you plan to stay
  • If arrangements have been made for overnight use a “day” is defined as from the time the track goes cold (usually 5:00pm) on one day until when the track goes cold the next day.  If a club is hosting a single day event, the RV/Carport spot is only available the night before the event, not the night following the event.
  • If there are no arrangements for overnight use a “day” is defined as from when the gates open until the time the track goes cold.
  • A “weekend” is defined as from the time the gates open Friday morning until the track goes cold Sunday afternoon.  If HPR is holding Thursday Night Lapping or if the host club is paying for overnight access for the Thursday night prior to an event, the “weekend” fee includes Thursday night.
